Vashon Island

I just had to share a few more pictures from today.  It had been about a year since our last visit to Vashon, and we were so excited to get back.  Marley had a great time playing with Nancy and Cheryl's 3 year old cousin, Travis.  Marley and Amelia both loved feeding the goats, though Marley preferred to toss the food in, rather than let them eat out of his hand.  They both enjoyed feeding the chickens, and Marley was excited to collect and count their eggs.  Amelia was terrified of the donkeys' braying (she kept saying, "Donk. Noise."), and Marley was terrified of the two little dogs (he didn't like their "fast running.").

Besides that, though, I think we all had a great time.  Other highlights included: riding the ferry boat, playing on the hammock, sitting on the tractor, picking a bouquet of dahlias to take home, eating yummy pizza, eating yummy popsicles, the AWESOME weather, getting princess tattoos, coloring with markers, learning about sharks, using the "cow" and "fish" bathrooms, filling a large bag with beans from the garden to take home, and (if we count being at Nancy's before we left) "feeding" the ceramic fish glass beads!  Thanks Nancy, Marie, and especially Cheryl, for a super fun day!
