Tomorrow is the first day of school, and I've hardly been able to spend any time at all getting my classroom ready. So, when my friends and fellow Highlands teachers, Nancy and Debbie, casually offered to take Mars off my hands for the day, I jumped at the opportunity! I got my room all set up, and Marley had a great time riding the ferry and feeding the animals at Nancy's sister's mini-farm on Vashon Island. Nancy, I hope you don't mind me sharing
your photos. Enjoy!

Lucky Marley is so full of adventures!
He gets cuter by the day
grandpa nail
He's wearing the bracelet I made him!
He loves your bracelets, Sarah! He refuses to take them off even in the bath tub or to go to sleep at night!
Thanks for letting us "borrow" Marley for the day. He's so easy to take on an adventure. Glad you were able to share the pictures. I didn't get pictures of one of my favorite things... when Cheryl told the puppies, "down," Mars was quicker to get down on his back than they were!!! Very cute.
