We filled squirt bottles with colored water (I used blue, green, purple, and red Kool-aid) and decorated our front yard. Amelia enjoyed using the squirt bottles, but was ready to go in immediately afterward! Yesterday we made "snow cream" by mixing a scoop of clean snow with sugar, milk, and vanilla. Yum! Looks like the snow's going to stick around for at least one more day. Got any other fun ideas?

Oh hurray hurray! I was wondering what you guys did during our snow days! LOVE the colored water idea. Amelia doesn't look too happy. They need to make a more comfortable snow outfit for little kids!
That's a great idea! I may have to salvage some snow this afternoon to make some snow cream with Annie!
